Makeup Academy MUA Juicy Lipstick

Makeup Academy MUA Juicy Lipstick is part of their ridiculously affordable lipsticks priced at only £1.00 each. I have quite an extensive collection of these since they're so cheap and cheerful it doesn't hurt to shell out a little money to experiment with (you can read my review here). Juicy, me thinks, is a very summer appropriate color, and again since it's so cheap (and it's their best selling shade too) there's nothing to pull you back from putting your hands on it (not literally of course!).

Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow - Bad To The Bronze

Maybelline Bad To The Bronze ($6.99 for 4g) was released some 2 years ago and is one of the permanent shades. The line consists of both permanent colors and frequent limited ones. This has become their cult product and is very much loved by bloggers and even makeup artists due to its beautiful colors and remarkable staying power. Click on the link for ingredients.

Tarina Tarantino Cosmetics On Hautelook

On Hautelook today though Friday 7/11, a selection of Tarina Tarantino (no, she's not related to Quentin Tarantino at all, if that's what you're wondering) will be on sale. Normally the prices should be reduced to only half or so there, so if you're thinking about getting to know the brand, here's the chance. Bailey from Making Up The Midwest does a wonderful job here in describing the products she got from the event in case you're wondering how they look and perform in reality.

Illamasqua Intense Lipgloss - Mistress

Illamasqua Mistress intense lipgloss (£16.50 for 7ml 0.2 FL. OZ.) is one of the permanent on within the range. Described as a bright coral orange, it is quite consistent with the actual product shade. The product comes in the usual transparent plastic tube and a brush applicator.

Maybelline Eyestudio Eyeshadow Quad - Irresistibly Ivy

Maybelline Eyestudio Eyeshadow Quad in Irresistibly Ivy is unfortunately a discontinued product but you can still snatch one on Amazon for 2.5g/ 0.09oz (roughly the weight of a standard-sized eyeshadow). I own 4 of these quads and I can very well see the consistency regarding the shadows' quality. The product comes in an absolute flimsy plastic small compact yet can be even smaller since I think the space for such rubbish sponge tip applicator is a waste.
